Am I ready for this?

  • At ADHD Counselling and Wellness, we offer two main forms of support that you can book at any time.

    1. Adjusting to ADHD: 6 Session Pathway

    This counselling pathway is designed for teens and adults who are newly diagnosed or wanting a structured, in depth exploration of their ADHD. Over six sessions, you will learn how ADHD shows up in your brain and nervous system, build skills for focus and emotional regulation, and explore strategies for motivation, routines, relationships, and daily life. It offers a clear and supportive foundation for understanding your ADHD more fully. General counselling continue after the six sessions if you would like ongoing support with your therapist to maintain and build on your progress.

    2. ADHD Counselling Sessions

    We also offer individual ADHD focused counselling sessions. These sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs, and can support emotional regulation, anxiety, burnout, depression, executive functioning, motivation, self esteem, and relationship patterns. Many clients choose the pathway, individual counselling, or a combination of both depending on what feels most helpful.

  • You can book a session in two easy ways. The fastest option is to book online instantly through our scheduling system, where you can choose the therapist and time that works best for you. If you prefer, you can also fill out our appointment request form and we will contact you to help you get booked in.

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

  • We do not offer direct billing, but payment is simple. At the end of your session, you can pay by credit card or e-transfer. A PDF invoice will be automatically sent to your email, and you can upload it to your insurance provider’s app or website for reimbursement based on your plan. If you ever need help with this process, we are happy to guide you.
